This person's name is Tedi Spicer. She lives along with her son Steven Spicer. They both are criminals and will make you suffer in ways unimaginable. If you have rental property, please use caution before renting to her and if you know someone renting to her, let them aware of her crimes so they can prepare themselves for the worst. SHE IS THE WORST TENANT TO HAVE!!
